Air Rifles with up to 12 ft lbs and pistols up to 6 ft lbs PCP, CO2 and Spring types can be shot on this range. Range distance is up to 25 Yards with multiple static targets that can be used at 10, 15 and 20 yards as well as self resetting, swining and knock down targets .

The range caters for static and turning targets Range distance is up to 25 yards.

We shoot every other Saturday afternoon from 13:00 to 16:00hrs (please consult the calendar for available dates).

The ANSC Tunnel Range is an underground firearms facility located approximately 2 kilometres east of Nottingham city centre. The primary section of the range accommodates shooting distances ranging from 20 to 130 metres, with a maximum muzzle velocity of 1000 m/s (3280 ft/s) and a maximum muzzle energy of 7000 Joules (5160 ft/lbs).

Firearms enthusiasts engage in shooting with a variety of firearms, including muzzle-loading revolvers and long-barrel pistols in calibres such as .45 ball and .38 Special, underlever and gallery rifles in calibres like .22rf and .357 Magnum, small-bore rifles in .22rf and .17HMR, and full-bore rifles in calibres such as .223”, 7.62 NATO, and .338 Lapua.
